ARE ALL YOUR CATALOGUES FREE ?

There is no charge for most of the catalogues provided. Please check notes in the individual brochure panels about special catalogues for which you may have to make a payment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CATALOGUE I HAVE REQUESTED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME?

This time varies depending on the company concerned. Some may fulfil your request in days others may take up to 28 days. Companies who offer credit facilities will wish to take up credit references before sending their catalogues out, this can take an additional week or two depending on the time of year.

I HAVE CHANGED MY ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ADDRESS - WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

It's simple just log in as usual using your password and e-mail address, click on shopping basket and it will ask you to validate your address. If your address has changed or needs amending please click amend and make the necessary changes then press submit. Any changes will take immediate effect and you can select brochures straight away.
